We are always looking to expand our panel of experienced mortgage professionals to represent our brand in Brampton/Mississauga and surrounding area’s.

With a 28 year tenure as a licensed brokerage and over 36 years of combined industry experience amongst its leading members, we have the knowledge and tools to help grow your success as a Mobile Mortgage Agent or Broker. CMS is known for its honest approach to mortgage financing and we’re looking for individuals who will demonstrate ethics and honesty to build their long lasting customer base.

About The Role:
This role involves the creative thinking and confidence needed to generate new business and execute on opportunities to help clients in need. You will be given full control of the underwriting process, communication with the underwriting teams at prospective lending institutions and most importantly, all client interaction.

What You Have to Offer:

  • Minimum 1 year tenure as a registered mortgage agent
  • Valid mortgage agent license through FSCO
  • Fluent in spoken & written English (other fluent languages are an asset)
  • Vehicle (transportation/vehicle accessibility is an important asset when operating as a mobile agent)
  • Education: Minimum – high school diploma
